Custom Bag Steps:
1) Get Your Slot: Purchase a custom waitlist slot from shop.
There will be 3 rounds of custom orders in 2024.
Custom orders are accepted from February 1-14th (Round 1), May 1-15th (Round 2), & August 1-15th (Round 3).
Slots are limited and may close early if sold out.
Your order will go into planning & design this month, so please be prepared with an idea of what you are looking for when you order. Bag options, along with details about customization for that style, are listed below. Currently available fabrics are also listed below, are first come, first serve. You are welcome to send in your own fabric if you prefer.
The $10 Custom slot fee is your placeholder in line, and will go towards final payment for the full price of your custom bag. This fee covers the additional work that goes into planning & communicating while making a custom bag, and is non-Refundable. Final payment for your bag will be due at the end of the month, before sewing begins.
2) Initial Ideas: Fill out the form sent to your email.
Within 48 hours of purchase of your Custom slot, look for an email with a google form to fill out. This form will go over the general details of your bag design. I will use this form to pull out materials for your bag, which will be photographed and sent to you during your “Planning period.”
3) Planning Period: Finalize the details of your custom bag & send final payment.
Planning period dates are as follows: Round 1 - Feb 15-28th, Round 2 - May 16-31st, Round 3 - August 16-31st
Using the pictures sent based on your form, we will work together via email to plan out the final details of your bag, including all materials used and any upgrades or add ons. Final details and final payment must be completed by the end of the planning period.
Once payment is made, no changes to your custom may be made.
4) Sewing Time: Wait for your custom order to be COMPLETED & mailed to you.
This is where you get to sit back & relax, and I get to work! Your custom bag will be sewn up according to your specifications. This process can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks, depending on your bag choice and the number of custom bags ahead of you on the list.
All rounds can expect their bags to ship no later than the following dates: Round 1 - May 31st, Round 2 - AUG 31st, Round 3 - November 30th.
Please note that custom orders do take extra time, and while I will try and honor date request for birthday gifts/vacation trips/etc, I can not GUARANTEE earlier ship dates than those listed, so be mindful when ordering if you have a specific deadline.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.

**Options for customization include the main print, vinyl, interior color, hardware, & zippers, along with select listed upgrades. Clear Vinyl, Embroidery, applique work, piping, & changes to the design are not currently offered on custom pieces.
