We try to update shop approximately once a month with either premade, preorder, or custom options, however, being a small handmade business, drop days will vary. The best way to keep up with stockings is to follow along in our private Facebook group: Little Gem Craft Studio - Inside the Sewing Room. You can also find dates for planned stockings and other bag listings at the bottom of our home page.

Why Are the fabric/zippers/hardware Options so limited in Quanity?

The majority of the materials we use for constructing bags come from other small artists & businesses. The fabric prints & we use are drawn by artists and turned into fabric and printed in very limited releases. Due to this, we are unable to obtain many of the prints we carry, and it is offered on a “first come, first serve” basis. While prints may be rerun by the custom fabric designer in the future, we are never guaranteed to have any print in stock for custom orders, or the ability to repurchase. How long will it be until my item is shipped?

Ready made items are shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase. Preorders and custom orders have a turn around time of up to 4-12 weeks after final payment before shipping. Please check your date of purchase to determine the ship-date. Accessories are all shipped first class through USPS, while all bags ship fully insured priority mail through USPS.

How long Will Shipping Take?

All bags & wallets are shipped fully insured USPS Priority Mail, with estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days or via UPS 2-3 day delivery. Accessories that are purchased without a bag are shipped via USPS First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Carrier shipping delays may occur. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided to you.

Do You ship INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping, though delivery times will vary from our local shipping times. International shipping can be pricey, and varies greatly by weight and destination. Because of this, we charge a flat rate for international shipping - if the actual cost of shipping is less than the amount charged, you will be refunded overage when your package ships out. We ship all international packages using the cheapest option available through USPS. Please note that if your country charges additional import fees, you may be responsible for covering this cost in order to complete delivery.

Can I send in my own fabric for a custom order?

Yes, you may send in your own fabric. To keep things streamlined, one yard of cotton woven fabric is required to be sent, regardess of the bag style being made. And remaining fabric will be returned to you along with your completed bag. No discounts will be applied to your order for send your own fabric. Details on where to ship your fabric will be provided when we come to your slot on the waitlist.

Who Should I contact if There is An issue with my order?

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or missing a feature, please contact Little Gem Craft Studio within 48 hours so that any issues may be promptly resolved. Due to the handmade nature of the items, we do not allow returns of items. Should your bag have an issue within 6 months of purchase, please contact us so that we can discuss options for repair. While the bags have been sewn to last, please take proper care to not overload them, leave them in direct sunlight for long periods of time, or use chemical cleaners on the bags, as these things may result in premature signs of wear or damage.

Where Did you get that fabric/zipper/vinyl/etc?

The time and energy that I spend researching and testing my supplies is a large part of what makes Little Gem Craft Studio the business that it is. For these reasons, I do not share the names of my suppliers - thank you for understanding.

Why do some of your pictutes Say Mythos a la Mode?

Prior to summer of 2021, bags were sold under the name Mythos a la Mode, which was the name of my embroidery-based Etsy store from several years prior. These are the same great bags made by myself, just under a different name.
